Facilitation
- Develop curriculum for face-to-face and online courses
- Develop and deliver online training activities and courses using tools such as Blackboard and Elluminate
- Develop and implement integrated approaches, products and services, to address needs
- Provide critical advice and expertise in the identification and solution of training and communications problems
- Develop strategic plans for projects and communications activities
- Assist organizations to review and improve their operations and client services
- Conduct process oriented activities including workshops, facilitation, seminars, focus groups and key informant interviews
- Assist clients to manage and control business aspects of their organization or specific projects including overall workplan, budget preparation, marketing strategy, contract negotiation, client service and implementation
Production
- Design and develop integrated learning packages including instructor manuals, participant workbooks, training aids, train-the-trainer sessions and pilot delivery
- Research, write, and edit various communications products including research reports, newsletters, factsheets, promotional and training materials
- Provide project management and production services for publications
Coordination
- Coordinate and direct project teams
- Organize and coordinate projects
- Provide training session planning, administration and logistical services
- Plan and coordinate meetings, workshops, and special events
