Julie Levi
Julie Levi, an adult educator and communications professional, is the founder and senior consultant for the company. She is also a partner in IAQ Resources Canada, a training company providing indoor air quality and housing durability products and services to housing professionals.

In addition to her academic credientials Julie's solid foundation in building and managing small businesses, project management and involvement in community and international development, provides an eclectic perspective when addressing any challenge.
Julie has four specialty areas—distance education, housing, health and social issues.
Distance Education: Julie continues to expand her knowledge and expertise as an adult educator, focussing on efficient, affordable and appropriate delivery models including integrated print and online education, computer based training and creative distance education options.
Housing: Housing topics have historically been a theme of many products and services including training programs, program management, research and writing for consumer and semi-technical publications.
Health Issues: Activities around health issues often overlap with housing in the areas of indoor air quality (IAQ), asthma and housing links. She also is an advocate and resource for people with fibromyalgia and dementia caregivers.
Social Issues: Julie's work on social topics includes needs analyses for child care and literacy services; evaluation designs for community-based programs; policy development for organizations and school boards; and learning initiatives for older adults.

Bill Boles
Bill Boles is a frequent collaborator on Jools Development projects, a partner in IAQ Resources Canada and consultant with Boles Consulting. He is an experienced housing industry educator and technical housing specialist. Bill delivers training on a variety of housing topics across North America.
His qualifications include general carpenter and industrial woodworker licenses; former builder and renovator; former college professor; and certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification as a Water Damage Restoration Technician and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician along with numerous certifications from the Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada. He is also licensed by Natural Resources Canada as a Super E™ Design Professional assisting housing exporters.
In addition to his formal training, Bill has developed numerous workshops and training courses on housing topics; conducted research projects; and completed a large number of onsite indoor air quality investigations.
Bill is also a member of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, International Training Team. |
